The management of this factor raises the intervention on the elements that can lead to its in occurrence the sedentary lifestyle. 43 women completed a re-entrainment protocol to a moderate intensity level of the maximum flow rate of oxygen consumption (VO2max). To evaluate the protocol of re-entrainment in moderate intensity.Material and Methods: 43 women were selected for re-entrainment program. The training areas have been identified following a cardiopulmonary exercise test on a cycle ergometer. The test is starting by increments of 10 Watts / minutes. The training areas of re-entrainment were situated at (40\% to 60\% of VO2max measured) and personalized for each woman. The protocol includes three training sessions per week; each session lasts at 40 to 60 minutes. The weight measurements, the Body Mass Index and the segmental impedance analysis were made before and after re-entrainment of three weeks.Results: Before re-entrainment average weight was 102.9 kg it dropped significantly to 100.3 kg (P \<0.0001). BMI was 40,1kg / m2 has significantly decreased to 39.1 kg / m2 (P \<0.0001). The fall of the fat was significant at the upper and lower limbs (p \<0.004). It is not significant in the trunk.Discussion/Conclusion: The adoption of personalized re-entrainment program to a level of moderate intensity can help solve the problem of excess weight in obese women.
