BOULAGOUAS Wafa received Ph.D. Degree in Health and Industrial Safety from the University of Mentouri, Constantine 1, Constantine, Algeria (a collaborative Ph.D. program with Escuela Politécnica Superior, España).
She is currently a Lecturer-Researcher at the Institute of Health and Safety, University of Batna 2, Batna, Algeria.
She serves as the Head of the E-Learning Unit (Moodle) and the Program Leader for the Bachelor's in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
Her research activities focused mainly on Management Systems, Risk Assessment, Industrial Maintenance, Safety Culture, Quality of Working Life, Accident Investigation, Road Safety, Knowledge Management, and Alignment Engineering.
