Short Biographie

Idriss Benlaloui (Member, IEEE) was born in Batna, Algeria, in 1988. He received B.Sc., M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Batna 2, Algeria, respectively in 2009, 2011 and 2016. Currently, he is an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Batna 2. He is a Head of Energy Saving and Renewable Energy team in the Research Laboratory of Electromagnetic Induction and Propulsion Systems. His research interests include robust control of electrical drives, applications of the observer theory, diagnostics and fault-tolerant control methods for ac drives, electric vehicle and renewable energy.
